As director, Yali Wang's primary responsibilities involve development and asset management of Pembroke's European portfolio. Yali works closely with Pembroke's design, legal and acquisitions teams, as well as with consultants and regulatory agencies, to ensure the achievement of investment objectives with a consistent level of quality in Pembroke’s development. In addition, Yali conducts a variety of activities that support investment and portfolio management groups. Specific responsibilities include performing cash flow analysis, portfolio valuation and reporting.

A LEED® Accredited Professional, Yali has a passion for sustainable developments globally. Yali has been a frequent panel speaker at MIT Center for Real Estate, and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
