As development director, Tom is responsible for analysis, valuation and execution of a number of Pembroke projects. Tom oversees several of the firm's projects in Pembroke's Boston market. Specifically, Tom managed the permitting, design and construction of Pembroke's 550-unit Oak Grove Village residential development and has continued to oversee permit compliance, local government relations and property management for the completed project. Tom also manages tenant projects for new and existing tenants in Pembroke's portfolio. Tom has been with Pembroke since its inception in 1997.

Prior to joining Pembroke, Tom worked for Fidelity Corporate Real Estate as an analyst, where he evaluated the economic impacts of projects related to occupancy of Fidelity business units.
