Stephen Bell
Chairman
As chairman of Pembroke, Stephen works closely with the Executive Team on building design, implementation of development projects and investment strategy.

During his 35-year career in real estate, Stephen has directed the acquisition and development of more than eight million sf of office, residential and retail space throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to becoming chairman, Stephen was president of Pembroke. His career experience also includes president of the Fidelity Real Estate Company, director of the real estate and facilities operations at Liberty Mutual and New England Life, and practicing architect and owner of his own design firm. Stephen is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including Real Estate Executive of the Year by the International Facility Management Association.
