With more than 20 years of global real estate and financial investment experience, Simon Fisk leads Pembroke’s finance and operating functions together with oversight of investment underwriting and research. As COO, he plays a significant role in the firm’s acquisition strategy and also oversees reporting to investors of portfolio performance analysis and asset management strategies.

Before joining Pembroke, Simon was managing director for an international real estate bank and was a key member of the senior management of the bank’s Europe, Middle East and India platform, providing guidance and input into new business strategy and transaction assessment. While at the bank, he fulfilled several roles, including oversight of the underwriting functions and responsibility for business origination. Previously, Simon held senior positions in European real estate investment banking, working in both corporate finance and capital markets providing advice to listed real estate companies and corporations with operational real estate. He also gained experience in fund raising, management and structuring as well as direct real estate investment and development activities as a managing director with Tishman Speyer Properties (TSP) in Europe.
