Shawna is responsible for our global valuation and market research functions, providing support on underwriting new markets, sectors and assets as well as long-term portfolio strategy.
Shawna manages our valuation and portfolio reporting activities across all investor groups and markets.
She provides global market research analysis, supporting underwriting of potential new markets, asset classes and investment opportunities.
Shawna works closely with regional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of Pembroke’s long-term portfolio strategy.
