As managing director of Pembroke's Tokyo office, Mark is responsible for Pembroke's real estate interests and new project development in Japan.

Mark is responsible for Pembroke's real estate interests and new project development in Japan, including acquisition, design, construction, leasing and management. Mark recently oversaw the completion of Pembroke's latest development in Tokyo — the luxury residences Azabu Gardens. Mark also led the development of another luxury residential project, Hikawa Gardens in Akasaka, as well as directed the acquisitions of the Roppongi 7 Chome Land, Moto Azabu Grand Mansion apartments and the Azabu Gardens land.

Mark was formerly director of store design and construction for a global retail outlet's Japan headquarters, where he was responsible for the design, project management and construction of all new stores throughout Japan. He also worked as a project manager and project architect at international architectural firms based in Tokyo. Mark is fluent in both English and Japanese.
