As vice president of finance, Heather Paduck is responsible for strategic financial initiatives within Pembroke’s managed portfolio, including oversight of all treasury activities around capital structure planning for existing and future investments; financing new and existing investments; overseeing all aspects of debt compliance and reporting; evaluating accounting and governance issues on new transactions; and underwriting potential investments. In addition, Heather is responsible for the financial planning and analysis for Pembroke’s offices in Boston, London, Tokyo and Stockholm.
Prior to joining Pembroke in 2007, Heather was a Director of Corporate Accounting for FMR LLC. FMR LLC is one of the world’s largest provider of financial services, with assets under administration of nearly $3.5 trillion, including managed assets of more than $1.7 trillion. Heather was responsible for the overall financial close process for FMR LLC and subsidiaries.
Prior to joining FMR LLC, Heather was a manager for the Real Estate Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, Illinois and Boston, Massachusetts, responsible for managing financial statement audits for public and private real estate companies.
