Heather is responsible for strategic financial initiatives for Pembroke's offices and portfolio.

As CFO, Heather Paduck is responsible for the finance, accounting and treasury functions within Pembroke’s managed portfolio, including oversight of all capital structure planning for investments; debt capital markets activities for new and existing investments; evaluation of tax, accounting and governance issues related to new transactions; and the underwriting of potential investments. In addition, Heather is responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as accounting, operational and technology initiatives for Pembroke’s global offices.

Prior to joining Pembroke, Heather was a director of corporate accounting for FMR LLC where she was responsible for the overall financial close process for the firm and its subsidiaries, as well as its NAV calculation.

Prior to FMR LLC, Heather was a manager for the Real Estate Group of a Big Four firm in Chicago and Boston, responsible for managing financial statement audits for public and private real estate companies.
