Gordon Hatton
Vice President
Based in Tokyo, Gordon is responsible for Pembroke's development and capital projects in Japan.

As Vice President of Pembroke's Tokyo office, Gordon is responsible for all of the firm's development and capital projects in Japan. Currently, Gordon is focused on the Roppongi 7 Land Parcel acquisition and redevelopment. With more than 26 years of development and design experience, Gordon has had exposure to a variety of projects throughout his career in Japan as well as internationally. Furthermore, he has a solid understanding of the Japanese real estate development market, strong local knowledge and in-depth experience delivering complex projects.

Prior to Pembroke, Gordon worked at Bovis Lend Lease Japan, where he worked with Pembroke on the Azabu Gardens and Hikawa Gardens projects, among a variety of other award-winning projects. Gordon is extremely active in the Tokyo real estate industry, speaks native English and is conversational in Japanese.
