Erik Gustafson is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and managing real estate investments within key markets in Northern Europe and Germany. Erik previously worked in Pembroke's Boston and London offices and in 2010 he established Pembroke’s Stockholm office. Since 2007, Erik has overseen Pembroke's investment, asset management and development activities in the Nordic markets, including the acquisition of a 190,000 sqm / 2M sf portfolio of 12 assets in Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki. Since 2009, Erik has also been responsible for strategic portfolio management for part of Pembroke's real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Pembroke in 2005, Erik was based in New York City, working in the management consulting industry as a project manager for financial services clients.
