David Wagstaff joined Pembroke's London office in 2007 as project manager, responsible for the construction and overall project management support for Pembroke's new developments and acquisitions in London. Most recently, David oversaw the delivery of the 49 Park Lane development project in London W1. Additionally, David supports new acquisitions through building due diligence, site evaluations and feasibility studies. David is currently overseeing the firm's 3 & 10 Finsbury Square development scheme in the City.

David brings more than 27 years of construction and project management experience to the Pembroke team. Prior to joining Pembroke, David was a project director for a fund management firm in London where he was responsible for planning and project management for direct developments, and property and site acquisitions for internal and external funds.
