David Lucey is responsible for Pembroke's US-based operations, as well as the strategic asset management of the firm's North American portfolio. His duties include oversight of the development and execution of business plans for each investment, management of ongoing property operations and leasing, and analysis of portfolio performance. David also manages all third party service provider relationships and works with the Pembroke acquisition team in identifying and underwriting new investment opportunities.

David has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience and has worked on projects in the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Pembroke, David practiced commercial real estate law first at a Boston law firm and later at Fidelity Investments. Most recently, he oversaw the asset management, construction / engineering and capital markets functions at a Boston-based private equity real estate investment manager.
