David Burke is responsible for the strategic asset management of Pembroke's properties throughout Europe. His duties include overseeing the design, execution and implementation of business plans for each investment, budget control, asset re-evaluations, and regular performance review of the portfolio. In addition, David works with third-party service providers, manages the landlord / tenant relationships for existing assets and works with Pembroke's acquisition teams in identifying and underwriting new investment opportunities.

With more than 20 years of real estate asset management experience, David has been involved in identifying and creating value for a large variety of different asset classes in various investment portfolios, covering all sectors of the U.K. and Continental Europe.
