As director, Cory Saunders works across all of Pembroke’s international markets and is responsible for acquisitions and underwriting, portfolio management, and research. He currently is active on acquisitions in the U.S., U.K., Japan and Australia and conducts research worldwide.

Prior to joining Pembroke in 2007, Cory was an associate at a private real estate investment and merchant banking firm, responsible for structuring, analyzing and presenting Latin American investment opportunities to institutional investors as well as underwriting acquisition opportunities for the firm’s own investment. Cory speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is conversational in Portuguese.
