As part of Pembroke’s 190,000 sqm / 2,000,000 sf Nordic portfolio, the Helsinki portfolio consists of Aleksis Kiven Katu 3-5, 7 and 9, Flemingkatu 27 and Satamaradankatu, totaling approximately 64,000 sqm / 685,000 sf of office accommodation. Acquired by Pembroke in 2008.

The properties are located in Vallila, approximately 2 km north of the Helsinki Central Business District (CBD).
