Seaport Place is a 2.26 million sf mixed-use development consisting of Seaport East, Seaport West, the Seaport Hotel, Seaport World Trade Center, retail shops and three parks. Developed by Pembroke 1997-2002.

A Pioneer Development
As the neighborhood’s pioneer development, Seaport Place helped transform Boston’s maritime area into a thriving business community. Pembroke worked closely with state and federal agencies to help bring about short- and long-term transit solutions, including improved commuter boat service, shuttles to Boston’s South Station train station, as well as the new MBTA Silver Line that links the World Trade Center to other areas of Boston.

Today, Seaport Place is home to more than 6,000 workers and attracts another one million people per year through over 1,500 conferences and events.

Two Modern, World-class Office Buildings
Seaport Place features two world-class office towers:

Seaport East is a 16 story, LEED Silver certified office tower that includes Morton's Steakhouse, Fresh City and the glass-enclosed Wintergarden atrium. Seaport East also features Eastport Park, a 1.6 acre sculpture park with sea-themed artwork and beautiful views of Boston Harbor.

Seaport West is a 17 story, LEED Silver certified office tower and includes the adjacent 3 story "podium" building. The podium features Sebastians and Action Kitchen, as well as the elevated Westport Park, which incorporates Seaport Place's award winning green roof.

Both buildings feature modern construction design for today’s business needs including: column-free office space, large windows offering abundant natural light, smart building systems, sophisticated finishes and the highest quality building materials.

Open Spaces & Parks
Seaport Place features three open areas: The glass-enclosed Wintergarden gives tenants a year-round place to eat lunch or take a break with water and park views; Eastport Park is a waterfront sculpture garden with dense plantings, manicured trails and inviting benches; and the award-winning Westport Park incorporates one of Boston’s first green roofs — an elevated peaceful oasis that looks out over the busy street to the harbor.

Nationally Recognized Hotel and Conference Center
With 428 rooms and more than 200,000 sf / 19,000 sqm of meeting and exhibit space, the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center offers visitors and tenants a large number of amenities from a health and fitness center to a dedicated concierge to meeting rooms for 10 to 10,000 attendees. Originally built in 1913, Seaport World Trade Center has been renovated and converted into nationally recognized 800,000 sf / 74,000 sqm office and exhibition facility.

Seaport Hotel is Four Diamond rated, and the conference center is a nationally recognized conference venue. Additionally, in 2005 the hotel established a robust environmental program called Seaport Saves, which includes the use of green roof technology, energy conservation, green cleaning products and a comprehensive recycling program.
