The Majorstuen Properties were constructed in 1998. Essendropsgate 7 and 9 provide office and retail accommodation, with Essendropsgate 5 providing three underground levels that include gym, storage and parking facilities.

The properties, fully leased to Nordea Bank, are located in Majorstuen, just north of Oslo city centre.
