There are currently two retail outlets on the ground floor - an ANZ retail branch fronting Martin Place and ANZ Foreign Exchange branch on Pitt Street.
 
Following ANZ’s relocation in 2013, Pembroke will refurbish and reposition the building as a signature asset.Upon completion, ANZ will continue to retain a presence at the property in a new flagship retail store.
 
20 Martin Place is Pembroke’s first acquisition in Australia.
