As an investment analyst at Pembroke Real Estate, Cory Saunders is responsible for underwriting acquisition opportunities and conducting research across Pembroke’s global markets.

Prior to joining Pembroke in 2007, Cory was an associate at Boston Andes Capital, a private real estate investment and merchant banking firm. In this role, Cory was responsible for structuring, analyzing, and presenting Latin American investment opportunities to institutional investors as well as underwriting acquisition opportunities for the firm’s own investment.

Cory received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and international relations from Brown University.

He sits on the Emerging Leaders board for Boston’s Real Estate Finance Association and the Developing Leaders board for NAIOP’s Boston chapter. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Real Estate Leadership Board at Combined Jewish Philanthropies.
