Erik
Gustafson is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and managing real estate acquisitions
within key markets in Europe. Erik has recently managed Pembroke’s investment activities
in the Nordic markets, including the acquisition of a 190,000 square meter portfolio in
Stockholm, Oslo, and Helsinki. Erik joined Pembroke in 2005 and has been based in its
London office since 2006.
Prior to joining Pembroke, Erik was a senior consultant
in the financial services sector for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young US LLC and a business
consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP in New York.
Erik received a bachelor
of arts degree in economics from Trinity College and an MBA with a concentration in real
estate finance from Columbia Business School, where he received a Pension Real Estate
Association (PREA) scholarship for his research on current opportunities, challenges
and risks in institutional real estate investment.
Erik is active as an Urban Land Institute member and holds committee roles with both
ULI London and ULI Europe. |
