Fidelity International commits to high-end City development 4 Cannon Street

Pembroke Real Estate today announced that 4 Cannon Street, its prominent new 106,000 sq ft development in the heart of the City, has been 100% pre-let two years pre-completion to Fidelity International, the global investment and retirement savings business. Fidelity International will move from its current premises upon completion of construction in 2019.

Overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral, 4 Cannon Street has been designed by PLP Architecture and will benefit from Pembroke’s global development expertise and the application of the latest innovations in design. Pembroke has appointed international construction company Mace as main contractor for the development and construction work is currently underway.
