Pembroke currently manages more than 6.8M sf / 635,000 sqm in key markets in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Our asset management approach focuses on value creation, operational efficiency, long-term tenant relationships and quality design, which is reflected in the following principles:

  • Continuously review occupational effectiveness and implement strategic changes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Offer the highest quality space for our occupants and supply premium amenities

Our goal is to continually implement sustainable solutions for our properties while striving to exceed market standards.
Commitment to sustainability is an ongoing effort at Pembroke that increases the quality and long-term value of our global portfolio and in turn, benefits our tenants, investors and the greater communities in which our projects are located. More than 65% of our portfolio is sustainably certified, or in the process of becoming certified.
Highlights include:

  • Development of the first LEED® Certified residential building in Tokyo (Azabu Gardens)
  • The first green roof in the city of Boston (Seaport West’s Westport Park)
  • LEED EB Certification for 2 of our Boston assets (Seaport East and Seaport West)
  • LEED EB Certification underway for our Washington, D.C. assets
  • Our entire Nordic portfolio (2,000,000 sf) is LEED Certified
  • Adherence to international development standards for green design, such as BREAAM & CASBEE Standards (49 Park Lane received a “Very Good” BREEAM rating)
