As senior associate, Stefan Berg’s primary responsibility is to serve as finance manager for Pembroke’s development projects in Stockholm— managing financial modeling, budgeting and reporting for the project, as well as assisting on various project management activities. Additionally, Stefan analyzes and manages acquisition, disposition and asset management opportunities that can enhance Pembroke’s Nordic portfolio. 

Stefan joined Pembroke after five years as a Nordic real estate fund manager, where he served as head of asset management Sweden, managing a portfolio of eight assets with a total of 170,000 sqm/1,830,000 sf and a team of four employees. He also played a key role in the project management of the redevelopment of a 17,000 sqm/183,000 sf office building in proximity to the Project One site.
