Stacey Middlebrook recently joined Pembroke’s Boston office as an asset management and investment analyst. In this role, Stacey will provide ongoing asset management support for Pembroke’s U.S. real estate portfolio, as well as assist in the performance of various investment management functions, including portfolio valuation and underwriting. Stacey is involved in all aspects of day to day portfolio operations, including leasing, capital projects, and tenant relations.  Stacey also works with the asset manager of Pembroke’s international properties on developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures and portfolio reporting.
